About The Role
Social Media Executive
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team and elevate our brand’s presence across social platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily interactions, and executing campaigns that build brand awareness, grow our online community, and support wider business objectives. This role works closely with the Social Media Manager, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful and innovative social media activity.
- Implement and manage organic social media strategies across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
- Create engaging content including posts, Stories, Reels and short-form videos, using tools such as Canva, CapCut and native platform editors
- Manage day-to-day interactions across social platforms, responding to comments and messages, reposting user-generated content and fostering a positive online community
- Conceptualise and deliver innovative social-first campaigns, including timely and reactive content that aligns with trends and platform updates
- Develop and curate content that reflects the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity, ensuring all output is consistent and on-brand
- Track and analyse social media performance using platform insights and reporting tools, identifying key learnings to optimise future activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing campaigns, brand launches and business priorities
- Work with external agencies and influencers to execute campaigns, ensuring all partnerships are aligned with brand values and deliver measurable results
- Brief, coordinate and manage influencer relationships, ensuring content is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard
- Maintain and enforce brand and social media guidelines across all published content
- Stay up to date with platform developments, trends and emerging formats, making proactive recommendations to evolve strategy
- Support paid media activity by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure creative assets and messaging are fit for purpose

About You
Desired skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media content creation and editing tools such as Canva and CapCut
- Good eye for detail and strong visual sense
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driving license is required
