Are you an experienced Digital Marketing professional? Are you looking to take on a new challenge? If so, we are recruiting and are looking for you!

Due to continuing business success and growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our successful team in Norwich, Norfolk.

Within this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence and help run the Desira Group websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns across various platforms and networks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing our social media channels, creating engaging content and conversations to increase followers and showcase our business and brands to customers.
• Updating digital content to increase enquiries and drive sales across all areas of the business.
• Content creation, e-marketing, SEO, Google Pay-Per-Click, social media advertising, database management, and communication.
• Providing insights, delivering, and reporting on digital strategies and PPC activities.
• Monitoring our website, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes for better results.
• Monitoring competitors and market trends.

The ideal Digital Marketing Executive:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, sales-oriented, and commercially aware individual to continue developing our online presence. You will also need:

• Strong communication, creative, and written skills with marketing awareness.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Excel, Photography, and Videography.

Great analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The role requires travel to other sites a few times a week, with a company car provided.
