About the role
You’ll create high-performing video and motion creative across paid and organic social, with animation and motion design being a major part of the role.
Working alongside our videographers, designers and creative team, you’ll turn concepts into sharp, scroll-stopping content for Meta, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You’ll edit footage, build animated sequences, bring static creative to life, and create the hooks, variants and formats needed to test and scale winning ideas.
We’re looking for someone who is highly comfortable with animation, particularly in short-form social, and understands how movement, typography, pacing and visual storytelling can capture attention and drive performance.
You’ll work closely with our Performance Creative Strategist, using creative performance data to continually improve what we make — identifying winning hooks, formats, visual styles and animation techniques, then finding ways to push them further.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who wants to edit, animate, experiment and make a visible impact on the creative output of a fast-growing consumer health brand.
