Job summary

Albert Roger Group is seeking a confident, resilient Social Media Coordinator to join our growing beauty team. You’ll manage Instagram and TikTok accounts across multiple brands, plan on-brand content calendars, and stay ahead of beauty trends with research on creators and formats.

You’ll support social commerce initiatives, engage with communities, and help drive engagement, reach and sales. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and excellent written English are essential, with hybrid working at

Job description

We are looking for a confident, resilient and commercially curious Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands Instagram and TikTok, follows beauty and social trends closely, and wants to build a career in social media marketing, content creation and social commerce, with the potential to develop into TikTok Shop and eCommerce.

You’ll work across multiple beauty brands, so confidence, resilience and excellent communication skills are essential. We want someone who is not afraid to get stuck in, challenge ideas, solve problems and keep going when things don’t go to plan.

What You’ll Be Doing

Social Media

Support the day-to-day management of Instagram and TikTok accounts across multiple beauty brands.

Help plan and coordinate engaging, on-brand social content and content calendars.

Research TikTok and Instagram trends, creators, formats and emerging beauty conversations.

Monitor social performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.

Keep brand channels fresh, relevant and aligned with current trends.

Support community management, including comments and messages where required.

TikTok & Social Commerce

Support the development and growth of TikTok Shop and social commerce activity.

Support product launches, promotions, campaigns and key trading moments.

Develop an understanding of how content, creators and social engagement drive sales.

Support affiliate marketing and creator activity.

Build knowledge of commercial metrics including sales, GMV, conversion, engagement and ROAS.

Influencers & Creators

Support influencer marketing and creator marketing across Instagram and TikTok.

Identify relevant beauty creators and emerging talent.

Coordinate product seeding and influencer campaigns.

Track content delivery and performance.

Help develop relationships with creators and support campaign activity.

Trends, Content & Ideas

Bring new ideas and trends to the team quickly.

Understand what makes beauty content engaging and shareable.

Spot opportunities for brands to react quickly to relevant trends.

Test new approaches and learn from what works — and what doesn’t.

Reporting & Administration

Support social media and TikTok Shop reporting.

Track campaign, creator and content performance.

Use AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

Support wider Marketing, Commercial and eCommerce projects when required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who lives on TikTok, understands beauty, thinks commercially and takes ownership. You’ll ideally have:

Experience using Instagram and TikTok, professionally, through a placement, internship or relevant personal experience.

A genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare or haircare and a good understanding of the brands, products, creators and content getting attention.

Personal experience of discovering and purchasing products through TikTok Shop, with an understanding of what makes the customer experience compelling.

A strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture, trends and content, with the confidence to bring new ideas to the team.

An interest in developing towards a commercial TikTok Shop, social commerce or eCommerce career and understanding how content can ultimately drive sales.

Excellent written and verbal English. French, Spanish or German would be a bonus.

A proactive approach — someone who uses their initiative, solves problems and gets things done without always waiting to be told.

A confident, resilient and robust approach — able to take feedback, deal with setbacks and keep moving forward.

Curiosity, commercial awareness and a genuine willingness to learn.
