We are looking to recruit a Social Media Executive to join the team. You will be dedicated to implementing the brand's vision through marketing and social strategies, ensuring excellent customer service while working alongside a successful team.

You will be responsible for growing the company’s luxury hair extension and retail presence through social channels and other platforms. Using a collaborative approach, you will create content, manage influencer partnerships, and work with our Graphic Designer, Affiliate Manager, and CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Marketing Team and CEO to create and execute marketing activities across brand and digital channels.
• Manage the social media calendar, monitor competitors, and highlight best practices.
• Create engaging, on-brand creative content for all media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and our website.
• Collaborate with the creative lead and digital marketing agency to analyze Google Analytics and utilize insights to enhance our activities.
• Assist in photo shoots and events, directing or gathering behind-the-scenes content.
• Provide weekly marketing reports.
• Plan and develop marketing strategies for all social channels.
• Track social content performance and identify brand opportunities.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a social marketing role, preferably in fashion or beauty.
• Degree-level education in marketing, fashion, or a related discipline.
• Experience creating engaging video content for social media.
• Keen interest in the female beauty and fashion industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage successful relationships with internal and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
