Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of the social media content plan, creating a structured and proactive strategy for the year.
  2. Collaborate with the social media agency to brief new content requirements for organic and paid content.
  3. Create engaging, authentic social media content that highlights the brand and its people, including some product and promotional content.
  4. Develop a plan to increase video content, especially for YouTube, including 'how-to' and 'a day in the life' videos.

Experience needed:

  1. Previous experience in a social media content role.
  2. Understanding of organic and paid social media content.
  3. Experience developing YouTube as a social channel is advantageous.
