Kaleidoscope Hotels is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Executive to bring multi-brand storytelling to life across four luxury hotels and pop-up experiences. You will own the social narrative, plan content calendars, and collaborate with Brand and Marcomms leadership to showcase dynamic, high-end hospitality.

You will capture on-site content, edit reels and photography, and manage shoots and influencer partnerships while adapting tone to modern luxury and heritage aesthetics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media and content creation within luxury lifestyle or premium brands.
• Strong portfolio in mobile/camera photography, short-form video, and video editing (CapCut/Adobe Suite).
• Keen eye for visual storytelling, grid curation, and brand aesthetics.
• Experience organizing photo shoots and managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between properties.

Responsabilités

• Translate marketing strategy into thumb-stopping social content, platform plans and narratives.
• Capture content on-site; shoot and edit daily short-form video and photography.
• Manage shoots and influencers; recruit and host influencer relationships.
• Adapt creative tone between modern luxury vibes and heritage lifestyle.
• Analyze channel analytics and present monthly reports on engagement and reach.
