Job summary

A leading company in the fintech space is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to develop and manage paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fintech, strong content creation skills, and experience in a high-growth environment. This full-time position is based in London, requiring in-office work Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

About the role

Develop and execute creative strategies for paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
Lead the creation, optimisation, and management of paid social media campaigns to drive measurable results aligned with business goals.
Conduct rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to optimise performance and drive ROI.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to inform and improve creative strategies.
Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and provide detailed performance reports to optimise future campaigns.

Who We Are Looking For

2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a high-growth startup or tech environment, with a focus on paid social media and creative strategy.
Proven expertise in content creation across various platforms (social media, blogs, podcasts, etc.), demonstrating a strong ability to create engaging and conversion-driven content.
Solid knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma, with the ability to create eye-catching and high-performing creatives.
Passion for fintech, an understanding of Emma’s mission, and the ability to convey that through creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate fresh ideas, adapt to new trends, and continuously innovate.
A strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is excited to work closely with design, product, and growth teams to develop impactful campaigns.
You are excited about the future of Emma, and passionate about helping us grow through creative marketing strategies that deliver high-quality, high-impact results.
