Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Associate with a strong focus on creating high-performing content for paid social ads. This role will involve producing engaging organic content for Instagram and TikTok, while also developing strategies for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll be responsible for driving the content creation of social campaigns, sourcing and managing user-generated content (UGC), and overseeing content production for both organic and paid channels. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure our content resonates with the right audience and supports the growth of both brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Channel Management & Content Creation: Manage the day-to-day of all social media channels, adapting the strategy and content to suit each one.Produce and edit engaging organic content for Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok that resonates with our audience and aligns with our branding guidelines.
- Paid Social Content Creation: Create high-quality, performance-driven content for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), developing engaging ad creatives, and continuously testing formats, copy, and visuals to optimise engagement.
- Content Strategy: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, suggesting innovative ways to integrate these trends into content strategies for both organic and paid channels.
- Community Management: Engage with followers on Instagram and TikTok by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive community around the brands.
- User-Generated Content Management: Source content from creators and influencers, secure permissions for brand-aligned use, and coordinate campaigns that encourage followers to generate content, enhancing brand reach and engagement across organic and paid channels.
Skills and Experience Required
Key Skills & Experience
- Content Creation: More than 2 years of experience creating engaging content for social media, particularly Instagram.
- Paid Social Expertise: Proven experience in creating and optimising paid social content on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with an understanding of what works to drive engagement and sales.
- Video & Ad Creative: Strong video editing skills for creating engaging, high-converting content for both organic and paid campaigns. Familiarity with ad formats such as carousel ads, story ads, and video ads.
- UGC Management: Experience sourcing, managing, and repurposing user-generated content from influencers and customers, with a keen eye for high-quality and authentic content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Comfortable analysing the performance of social ads and organic content, using data to drive decisions and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Social Media Trends: Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, particularly in the luxury fashion/jewellery space.
