Our goals are monumental and go beyond selling gear — we aim to plant 1 million trees and recycle over 5 million plastic bottles in our first 5 years. ABOUT THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management:

  • Strategic Distribution: Distribute content effectively across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to showcase our brand, products, and partnerships.
  • Calendar Planning: Develop and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and seasonal themes.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain consistent brand tone across all platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Use social media tools to track metrics like engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions to inform strategies.
  • Innovation & Development: Keep abreast of social media trends and collaborate with the Marketing team on content ideas.

Community Engagement:

  • Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, repost user content, and foster community.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and community members to boost engagement and loyalty.

Community Events & Content Management:

  • Event Awareness: Amplify awareness and showcase involvement in events through social channels.

ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years in social media, content creation, and digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or sports.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and growth strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Creative, passionate about sustainability, sports, and visual storytelling.
  • Highly organized with project management skills.
  • An interest in AI-driven creative development is a bonus, with training provided.
