Job summary

CVS Veterinary Group is seeking a Social Media & Community Executive for a 6-month FTC to drive CVS Vets' social channels and community engagement. You will collaborate with the Social Media & Community Manager and Marketing team to publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and grow local practice engagement.

You will source stories, monitor trends, ensure brand consistency, and manage daily interactions with followers, customers and communities, while supporting

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a social media or content-focused role.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience creating social graphics, images and short-form video content.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
• Experience using scheduling and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling and publishing content across platforms.
• Create on-brand content including care advice, stories, campaigns, media.
• Source content from practices and teams for channels.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor conversations, trends and potential reputational risks.
• Escalate complaints and sensitive issues appropriately.
• Provide best-practice guidance to practices for local social presence.
• Track social performance metrics and report on reach and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve content and audience growth.
