Department: Marketing

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: £60,000 - £65,000 / year

Description

Reward Gateway, part of Edenred, is a global leader in benefits and employee engagement. We help businesses attract, engage, and retain top talent through strategic reward, recognition, and well‑being solutions. Guided by our shared missions - ‘Making the World a Better Place to Work’ and ‘Enriching Connections, For Good’ - we’re committed to transforming workplaces and improving people’s daily lives. Our team embodies entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, and respect. We push boundaries, speak up, and stay human, fostering a culture where imagination thrives.

We’re on a mission to make the world a better place to work. To help us get there, we’re looking for a Social Media & Brand Manager to lead our UK social media activity and manage selected aspects of the UK brand.

Alongside social media, you’ll manage selected aspects of our brand, including providing guidance and resources to help the wider marketing team apply the brand consistently, developing a framework to support our online reputation, and coordinating selected co‑marketing activities with our existing partners.

  • Own the UK social content calendar, creating and coordinating content that supports campaigns, research launches, events and business priorities.
  • Bring fresh ideas and a B2C‑inspired creative approach to our B2B social presence, developing content that captures attention and connects with audiences on a human level.
  • Work with videographers, designers and marketing colleagues to turn ideas into compelling, scroll‑stopping videos and visuals, tailored to each platform and informed by performance insights.
  • Build and manage relationships with relevant B2B influencers and industry voices, collaborating on content that grows our reach and credibility with UK audiences.
