Trilogy Active is seeking a part-time Social Media Assistant to help bring the Berzerk Active Play brand to life across TikTok and Instagram. You will create engaging content, spot trends, and support the social media content plan from our Northampton-based hybrid setup.

This role suits someone studying or looking for extra hours, with a passion for social media, and a proactive, creative approach to growing online presence and engagement.

• Creative with an eye for detail
• Confident using TikTok and Instagram
• Enthusiastic, motivated and proactive
• Flexible and willing to travel between Trilogy Active and Berzerk Active Play sites when required

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram
• Identifying and responding to current social media trends
• Supporting the delivery of the social media content plan
• Monitoring and responding to comments and messages across social media channels
• Attending monthly planning meetings with the Marketing Communications Officer
• Producing simple monthly reports on social media performance, engagement and reach
• Helping generate new ideas to grow our audience and increase engagement
