Job summary

T3AM Global is seeking an ambitious Social Media & Marketing Intern to work across three growing brands: T3AM Global, JobNav, and Prospect Leaders. You will gain hands-on experience delivering social content, campaigns and marketing activities across multiple audiences.

The role offers real projects, portfolio-building opportunities, and exposure to founders and leadership, with mentoring and ownership of projects that could develop into longer-term opportunities as the businesses grow.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.

• Create written, visual and short‑form video content.
• Research trends, competitors and new content opportunities.
• Monitor engagement and identify top‑performing content.
• Support broader marketing, brand and promotional projects.

The company

We are looking for an ambitious Social Media & Marketing Intern to work across three exciting and growing businesses:

• T3AM Global - a growing recruitment and talent business operating across multiple specialist industries.
• JobNav - an innovative recruitment technology platform using AI and technology to improve how people find jobs and businesses hire talent.
• Prospect Leaders - a commercial talent and leadership accelerator helping ambitious people develop real-world sales, business and leadership skills.

Rather than gaining experience within just one company, you will have the opportunity to work across three different brands, audiences and business models, building genuine hands‑on marketing experience and a portfolio of real work.

The role

You will support the development and delivery of social media and marketing activity across all three businesses.

You will take responsibility for:

• Creating and scheduling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
• Supporting social media campaigns designed to grow audiences and engagement
• Helping develop marketing campaigns for services, events, programmes and product launches
• Creating written, visual and short‑form video content
• Researching trends, competitors and new content opportunities
• Monitoring engagement and helping identify what content performs best
• Supporting wider marketing, brand and promotional projects across all three businesses

What you need

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:

• A genuine interest in social media, marketing and content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of major social media platforms
• Creativity and willingness to generate new ideas
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of projects

Other DESIRABLE qualities/skills include:

• Experience using Canva or similar creative tools
• TikTok, Instagram Reels or short‑form video experience
• Previous marketing, social media or content experience
• An interest in AI, recruitment, technology, entrepreneurship or business
