T3AM Global is offering a Marketing & Content Creator Intern role in Manchester to work across JobNav and Prospect Leaders.

You will create content for three real businesses, film and edit for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, and help shape campaigns while learning AI and modern content tools.

This internship provides hands-on portfolio work, mentoring, and exposure to multiple industries, with practical commercial experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for content creation, marketing and social media.
• Strong creativity and ability to generate ideas.
• Good written communication skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and short-form content.
• Confidence learning new tools and experimenting with different content formats.
• Desirable: Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar experience.
• Video editing or photography experience.
• TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts experience.
• Copywriting or social media experience.
• Interest in AI and emerging creative technology.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative Marketing & Content Creator Intern to work across T3AM Global, JobNav and Prospect Leaders.

You will gain exposure to three very different projects spanning recruitment, AI and recruitment technology, sales, training and entrepreneurship.

This is an opportunity to create content that will actually be published and used by growing businesses, giving you tangible work to add to your portfolio.

The role

You will help us turn ideas, business activity and stories into engaging content across multiple channels.
