T3AM Global is offering a Marketing & Content Creator Intern position working across three brands: T3AM Global, JobNav and Prospect Leaders. You will gain hands-on experience by producing content that will be published and used by growing businesses, building a tangible portfolio across recruitment, AI and recruitment technology.

You will turn ideas into engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and more, filming and editing videos while helping maintain branding and supporting campaigns

Qualifications

• Passion for content creation, marketing and social media.
• Strong creativity and ability to generate ideas.
• Good written communication skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and short-form content.
• Confidence learning new tools and experimenting with different content formats.
• Desirable experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video, graphics, posts and other digital content.
• Film and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Turn business activities, events and projects into engaging stories.
• Support campaigns, launches and promotional activity.
• Develop new content ideas, hooks and creative concepts.
• Help maintain consistent branding across three businesses.
• Support the wider marketing strategy and content calendar.
