Social Media and Content Executive - Bromsgrove

Are you a creative storyteller, passionate about engagement and brand awareness? As a Social Media and Content Executive, you will own and develop the content strategy, being both reactive and proactive across all social media platforms.

Location: Hybrid
Salary: Highly Competitive

Hybrid role with the ability to attend our Stoke Prior Office in Worcestershire.

As an integral part of the marketing team at Capstone Foster Care Group, the Social Media and Content Executive will be self-motivated, dynamic, and eager, with the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute organic social media and community engagement strategies across multiple platforms (primarily Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
  • Launch the Group on new or evolving platforms and grow relevant audiences.
  • Develop and implement paid social media advertising strategies, targeted and data-informed to increase quality foster carer enquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including partners) to create, deliver, and schedule bespoke, engaging, platform-optimized content.
  • Respond effectively to engagement, including comments and direct messages.
  • Consistently communicate our brand voice and values.
  • Identify and explore emerging channels and tools.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to craft compelling stories that celebrate our teams and educate our audiences.
  • Attend weekly team days at the Stoke Prior office.

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • High level of creativity.
  • Design/video editing skills using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar.
  • Proven success in delivering paid campaigns via Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and other tools.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or similar.
  • Response automation and data flow experience.
  • Robust community engagement and organic content strategy delivery.
  • Full UK driving license and transport, as travel across England is required.
