We’re Tide – a new beauty beverages brand shaking up the beauty and wellness space. We’re looking for a creative, organised, and social-savvy Content & Social Media Executive to join our growing team.

If you love short-form video, live and breathe TikTok and Instagram, and know how to connect with creators and influencers, this is your chance to own the content game across three exciting brands – Tide, Barista & Co, and WanderBy.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating daily short-form content for TikTok and Instagram

Working directly with influencers, collaborators, creators, and photographers

Owning the content calendar and helping bring campaigns to life

Running and optimising our TikTok & Instagram Shops

Keeping up with trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table

Posting across all three brands with a focus on growth and engagement

What you’ll bring:

1+ year managing social channels (especially TikTok + IG)

A portfolio of work (show us what you’ve made!)

Confidence with short-form video and basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva etc.)

Experience working with influencers, creators, and ecommerce brands

Shopify know-how is a big bonus

A passion for beauty and wellness is a must

Must be based within 15 miles of Bournemouth – the role is remote but we’ll need you local for occasional shoots and in-person sessions

You’ll be joining a fast-growing brand with big plans and a close-knit team that loves what we do. You’ll have the creative freedom to shape our content and make a real impact across multiple brands.
