We are currently looking for an exceptional Social & Consumer Care Manager who will help us drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking, social and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem. This is part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe. You will become part of a social media team engaging with consumers and online communities through relevant conversations, content, and experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a social media career with iconic brands.

What you'll do for us? Your main responsibilities:

  • Respond to consumer questions & queries on various social and digital channels in line with our brand tone of voice
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations regarding consumer care, reactive community management, and Public Affairs and Communication (PACS), providing best-in-class service to Coca-Cola.
  • Report monthly social & care activities
  • Keep local Sprinklr dashboards accurate and current
  • Follow recent advancements on Sprinklr and assist in troubleshooting issues
  • Participate in meetings with key stakeholders regarding consumer care, promotions, and activations
  • Collect Q&As from stakeholders for campaigns and promotions
  • Be the key contact point between local Coca-Cola stakeholders across marketing, care, and PACS
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in marketing and public relations
  • Coordinate with partner agencies such as promo delivery, media, and PR agencies
  • Report activities under the supervision of an experienced team leader

Above all, you are passionate about Social Media and confident in your expertise. You are a hard-working individual with a background in consumer care, community management, or social media marketing. You have some experience in PR, media, or marketing agencies with relevant social media track record and enthusiasm for the FMCG industry and iconic brands.

You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with perfect grammar and the ability to craft persuasive copy that turns consumer questions into engaging conversations and builds meaningful connections. You demonstrate a deep understanding of the social technology universe and digital best practices.

You are experienced in managing multiple priorities, duties, and projects. You are not afraid to take ownership, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines to deliver best-in-market social insights that continually engage and retain brand fans.
