BAM Nuttall Ltd is seeking a Social Sustainability Manager to drive social value across the Southeast of England. You will lead, plan, promote, and report on social sustainability activities, ensuring commitments are achieved and benefits reach communities where BAM works.

You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and communities, promoting best practice and national TOMs aligned initiatives. The role offers hybrid working and travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of societal drivers of social value and industry best practice.
• Proven track record leading in a team environment with management capabilities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and delivering social value plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of social sustainability strategies and plans.
• Deliver initiatives across employment, skills, volunteering, and community investment.
• Build relationships with BAM and external stakeholders to support objectives.
• Monitor reporting, assurance, and social value outcomes across projects.
