Caledonian Construction are recruiting for a Social Housing Site Manager role based in Oxford. A minimum of 3 years site management experience in social housing is required, with CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS credentials. Strong knowledge of Word and Excel is expected to support project administration.

The successful candidate will oversee on-site activities, ensure safety compliance, coordinate trades, and maintain progress against programmes while liaising with housing associations and client teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years previous site manager experience.
• Must come from a Social Housing background.
• Must have CSCS card.
• Must have SMSTS or SSSTS.
• Good understanding of Word, Excel.
