Job summary

Fawkes & Reece seeks a reliable Multi Skilled Joiner for a long-term social housing project in Rotherham. The role covers installations and refurbishment in tenanted/void properties, with duties including ripping out kitchens, fitting new worktops and cupboards, plaster-patching, tiling and decorating.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. A van and tools are required, with two professional references. This position offers ongoing work on a social housing program across Rotherham.

Qualifications

• Previous Multi Skilled Joiner experience in housing or construction projects.
• Social housing project experience preferred.
• Own van to collect materials.
• General trade tools and equipment knowledge.
• Two professional references available.
• Street parking available at site.
