Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Plasterer Multi-Operative to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance to tenanted social housing properties in and around the London area, based in Westminster. A company van and fuel card will be provided.

The role covers plastering tasks along with thermal boarding and damp and mould washing, requiring NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds, a clean UK driving licence, and DBS or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Level 3 is essential.
• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
• Current DBS check or willing to undertake as required.
• Experience working within social housing.
• Familiar with PDA usage.

Responsibilities

• Plastering, thermal boarding, and damp & mould washing in tenanted social housing properties.

Permanent position to start ASAP

We are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Plasterer Multi Operative to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in and around the London area.

A Company van and fuel card will be provided.

Plasterer - You will be responsible for all aspects of Plastering along with Thermal Borading and Damp & Mould washing.

Additional Requirements

• NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified Level 3 (Essential)
• Valid Clean UK Driving Licence - No more than 3 points
• Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required
• Experience working within Social Housing
• Familiar with PDA usage
• Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)Client information
