Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is hiring a Plasterer Multi-Operative to perform reactive plastering, thermal boarding and damp/mould washing in tenanted social housing across the Dartford area.

This permanent, full-time position offers a £38,000 salary, a company van, fuel card and benefits; start ASAP. NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 is essential, with a clean UK driving licence and DBS check as required.

Qualifications

• Requires NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in plastering (essential).
• Valid UK driving licence with ≤3 points.
• DBS check current or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in social housing maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, thermal boarding, and damp & mould washing in tenanted properties.
• Perform reactive repairs and maintenance across Dartford area.
• Work to high safety and quality standards as part of a social housing contractor.

Social Housing Repairs ( Temp to Perm)

£38,000 + company van + fuel card

Permanent position to start ASAP

We are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Plasterer Multi Operative to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in and around the Dartford area.

A Company van and fuel card will be provided.

Plasterer - You will be responsible for all aspects of Plastering along with Thermal Borading and Damp & Mould washing.

Additional Requirements

• NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified Level 2(Essential)
• Valid Clean UK Driving Licence - No more than 3 points
• Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required
• Experience working within Social Housing
• Familiar with PDA usage
• Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
