You will be responsible for high-quality interior painting, preparation, and finishing while working respectfully in customers' homes. Required are proven painting skills, experience in social housing or tenanted properties, and the ability to work neatly in occupied spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Painter & Decorator in social housing or tenanted properties.
• Own tools including brushes, rollers, dust sheets and associated equipment.
• Able to work neatly and professionally in occupied homes.
• Reliable and punctual with high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Full internal decoration of social housing properties.
• Painting walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Filling holes and making-good works; skimming where required.
• Surface preparation prior to decoration and general painting.
• Maintain a high standard of finish and keep areas tidy while working in occupied properties.
