Build Recruitment’s client in Manchester is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative for a social housing contract. The role focuses on void properties with duties across joinery, plastering, basic plumbing, tiling and full house maintenance.

Requirements include a Full UK driving license (6 points or less), proven maintenance sector experience, two references, and a valid CSCS card. Role pays £21.20PH and includes a company van and fuel card.

• Proven maintenance sector experience.
• Be able to provide at least two working references.
• Skilled CSCS card.
