Build Recruitment Limited, Manchester, is sourcing an experienced Multi-Trade Joiner for a social housing contract in the city. The role focuses on void properties and kitchen/bathroom maintenance, requiring hands-on work across joinery, plastering, plumbing, tiling and related trades.

You will need a valid CSCS card, a full UK driving licence (6 points or less) and be able to provide two references. Van and fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the maintenance sector.
• Be able to provide at least two working references.
• CSCS card holder.
