Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd in Newark is seeking an experienced Joiner Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in council properties. You will perform second-fix carpentry, minor plumbing, tiling and patch plastering while delivering high-standard customer service.

The role is temp-to-perm with a company van and fuel card provided from day one, and a permanent salary of £30,000. A full UK driving licence is required. Weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

Experience working in social housing or council repairs.
Joinery and multi-trade experience.
A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Completing responsive repairs in occupied council properties.
Carrying out second-fix carpentry.
Completing minor plumbing repairs.
Undertaking patch plastering and patch tiling.
Delivering a high standard of customer service.
