Job summary

Cygnus is seeking a bold social-first content creator with 3+ years in an agency setting. You will craft conceptual, engaging video content and lead storytelling across social platforms, collaborating with the creative and digital teams to deliver on clients’ social goals.

You will storyboard, plan, on-site film, and edit using CapCut Pro with After Effects or Premiere Pro for post-production, while driving engagement, ROI, and informed decisions through data analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an agency environment delivering social-first content.
• Strong understanding of social audiences and sub-cultures.
• Experience creating conceptual, highly engaging video content and leveraging platforms for engagement.
• Experience in reporting and ROI on social campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual ideas leveraging trends and platform capabilities.
• Create social-first content including storyboarding, pre-production, and on-site filming for clients.
• Edit final content using CapCut Pro and post-production tools (After Effects/Premiere Pro).
• Manage logistics for weekly travel and onsite shoots, engaging with clients one-on-one.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly tasks for community management, content scheduling and client reporting.
• Contribute to insights and reporting against social media strategy for clients.
• Communicate our social offering to partners and support all departments in achieving social objectives.
