Job summary

AIS in Gloucester is seeking a Marketing Executive to support our marine product marketing, strengthen brand presence, and drive engagement. You will plan campaigns, own social media activity, and develop multimedia content across channels.

The role requires a marketing degree or equivalent, with experience in digital marketing and content production. Attractive package with a discretionary bonus and pension, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
• Certifications or training in digital marketing, social media or content production (desirable).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar (desirable).
• Experience in digital marketing, especially social media management and content creation.
• Proven ability to create engaging multimedia content including video filming/editing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative marketing campaigns across social media and web channels.
• Own social media activity for product groups, including planning, content creation, scheduling and performance tracking.
• Source, coordinate and develop engaging content for external communications.
• Create high-quality visual and written content, including filming and editing video, photography, blogs and technical materials.
• Develop specialist skills in content capture, video production and editing to enhance brand storytelling.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights and reports focusing on engagement, reach and lead generation.
