About the Position

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our shows.

This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying powerful podcast moments, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.

You should have experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, shares, and captures attention—is crucial.

Responsibilities

  1. Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
  2. Video editing and clipping – Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
  3. YouTube growth & optimisation – Drive channel growth through content optimization, compelling titles, thumbnails, and platform features.
  4. AI content creation and curation – Create and manage high-quality visual and video content tailored for each platform, maintaining brand consistency.
  5. Content scheduling and delivery – Upload and schedule content aligning with marketing plans and partner needs.
  6. Copywriting and tone of voice – Use AI to craft inspiring, engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values.
  7. Community management – Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  8. Performance tracking and reporting – Analyze metrics via platform analytics, report findings, and refine strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with measurable increases in views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and key metrics, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
  • Experience creating visually engaging content, including thumbnails and carousels.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
