About the Position

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our shows.

This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying powerful podcast moments, using AI tools to clip and edit content, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.

You should have experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances each show's brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, gets shared, and captures attention—is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
  • Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring alignment with the podcast's tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimization: Grow YouTube channels by optimizing content, creating compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
  • AI content creation and curation: Create and manage high-quality visual and video content tailored to each platform, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content across YouTube and social channels, aligning with marketing calendars and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft inspiring, thoughtful, and engaging copy that reflects each podcast's values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by monitoring comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies based on insights.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with analytical skills.
  • Video editing skills with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus experience with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
  • Graphic design experience for creating engaging visual content like thumbnails and carousels.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
