About the Position

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our shows.

This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying powerful podcast moments, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and creating an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-driven content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging, motivating content that enhances each show's brand and resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast’s tone and style.
  • YouTube growth & optimization: Grow YouTube channels by optimizing content, creating appealing titles and thumbnails, and using platform features to enhance reach.
  • AI content creation and curation: Create and manage high-quality visual content using AI tools, maintaining consistent branding.
  • Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content aligned with marketing plans and partner needs.
  • Copywriting and tone of voice: Write engaging, inspirational copy across platforms using AI tools, maintaining consistent tone reflecting each podcast's values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Strong understanding of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and analytics, with excellent reporting skills.
  • Video editing skills with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus experience with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
  • Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
