We’re looking for a passionate Social & Content Manager to join our fast growing agency. This role is based three days per week at our office in leafy Richmond, west London, and from home on Mondays and Fridays.

About You

You sit at the cutting edge of social trends.

You’ve got a knack for creating slick short form content that stops scrolling thumbs.

A purveyor of memes and viral moments, you live and breathe social subcultures and you excel in culturally relevant storytelling that cuts through the noise.

You walk into the office switched on to the latest news and trends, brimming with ideas.

You’re a creative and meticulous storyteller who thrives in the now.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Social and agency co-founders, this is an integral role nestled in the heart of the social team. You’ll be responsible for a group of key clients, developing creative strategies and clever content to keep them fresh, relevant and engaging. From F&B and fashion to music and luxury travel, our client roster is diverse and global.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of your client accounts
  • Develop strategic content plans that deliver results, working with our creative team to create assets that resonate
  • Ideate and create concepts and content to the OOB and client standard
  • Stepping into the shoes of each brand to create compelling copy that gets results, from clever community responses to creative content writing
  • Delivering planned content to clients for feedback and approval
  • Regularly reporting on content and campaign successes

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in a similar role (agency experience a must)
  • Expert understanding of the social media landscape and key platforms
  • Strong visual skills and understanding of content creation, proficiency with Canva and CapCut (or similar)
  • Solid experience in creating short form content
  • Experience with working in/for women's health brands a big bonus
  • Confidence with being client facing
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow ️

Salary is competitive and benchmarked between £30,000 - £35,000 per year (DOE).

  • Generous holiday allowance - 28 days per year plus two weeks around the Christmas/New Year break
  • Hybrid working between home (Mondays and Fridays) and the office (Tuesdays - Thursdays)
