About the Position

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media. This role involves curating the most impactful podcast moments using AI tools, managing multiple channels, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.

You should have proven experience in managing social media channels, video editing, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring consistency with podcast tone.
  • YouTube growth & optimisation: Enhance channel growth by optimizing content, creating appealing titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
  • AI content creation: Generate and curate high-quality visual and video content using AI tools, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Content scheduling: Upload and schedule content across platforms aligned with marketing plans and partner needs.
  • Copywriting: Use AI to craft inspiring and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s tone and values.
  • Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive community.
  • Performance analysis: Track key metrics via analytics tools, report findings, and refine strategies accordingly.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with measurable increases in views and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and analytics.
  • Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
  • Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing deadlines and content priorities.
