About the Position

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social media for our shows.

This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying powerful podcast moments, using AI tools to clip and enhance content, and building an inspiring digital presence that can impact lives.

You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing skills, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating compelling content that inspires, motivates, and elevates each show’s brand. A deep understanding of content culture—what resonates, gets shared, and captures attention—is also crucial.

Responsibilities

  1. Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and implement strategies across YouTube and social platforms to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
  2. Video editing and clipping – Edit standout clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the tone and style of the podcasts.
  3. YouTube growth & optimisation – Drive YouTube channel growth by optimizing content, creating engaging titles and thumbnails, and utilizing platform features for better visibility.
  4. AI content creation and curation – Plan and produce high-quality visual and video content using AI tools, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
  5. Content scheduling and delivery – Manage content uploads and scheduling across YouTube and social channels, aligned with marketing plans and partner needs.
  6. Copywriting and tone of voice – Use AI to craft inspiring, thoughtful, and engaging copy that reflects each podcast’s values and maintains a consistent tone.
  7. Community management – Engage with audiences on social media and YouTube, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
  8. Performance tracking and reporting – Analyze metrics via platform analytics (e.g., YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights), generate reports, and refine strategies based on insights.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with a record of increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
  • Strong understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Video editing proficiency with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus familiarity with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
  • Experience creating visually engaging content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment managing multiple shows.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
  • Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
