Job summary

Tweezerman UK is seeking an experienced Social & Content Lead to own the content strategy and drive growth across our brands. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on content creation to deliver hero campaigns and platform-native content.

You will define content priorities, guide the Social & Content Executive, and collaborate with senior marketing to ensure social ties to the broader brand strategy. Hybrid role with office and home days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in social media combining strategy with hands-on content creation.
• Proven track record of developing social channels and driving engagement.
• Confident in self-shooting and editing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the social content strategy and platform priorities across our brands.
• Personally create hero and campaign content, including self-filmed videos.
• Shoot and edit short-form native video for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Collaborate with in-house and global creative teams to develop campaign assets.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to other content creators.
• Produce monthly performance reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Align paid and organic social activity with brand goals.
