Zachary Daniels is working exclusively with a growing consumer and ecommerce brand to recruit a Social & Content Assistant to join their marketing team. You'll help create engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and other social channels, supporting campaigns, shoots, launches and day-to-day content activity.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for TikTok and/or Instagram.
• Experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of what makes social content perform.
• Strong awareness of social trends and digital culture.

Responsibilities

• Creating and scheduling social content across key platforms.
• Producing TikTok, Reels, Stories and short-form video.
• Writing engaging captions and social copy.
• Supporting shoots, content days, campaigns and launches.
• Filming content both behind and in front of the camera.
• Spotting emerging trends, sounds and social formats.
• Bringing fresh content ideas to the wider team.
• Supporting influencer, creator and UGC activity.
• Monitoring engagement and helping improve content performance.
• Maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.

The Role:

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone creative, proactive and genuinely passionate about social media.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience creating content for TikTok and/or Instagram
• Experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• A good understanding of what makes social content perform
• Strong awareness of social trends and digital culture
• Confidence appearing on camera when needed
• Strong organisation and plenty of creative ideas

  Previous experience could come from a role, internship, freelance work or even your own social channels - creativity, attitude and potential are key.
