Job summary

The Oyster Partnership in West London is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Compliance Officer to support its Social Care recruitment function on a temporary basis. This role focuses on recruitment administration and agency compliance to ensure processes meet local authority standards.

You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, screen CVs, arrange interviews, liaise with agencies and hiring managers, and maintain accurate candidate records with a strong emphasis on compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care recruitment and agency compliance.
• Strong recruitment administration and stakeholder liaison.
• Ability to coordinate interviews and manage off-contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across social care services.
• Screen and shortlist CVs against role requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews, including setting up interview panels and scheduling candidates.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage and review off-contract recruitment documentation.
• Liaise with off contract agencies to obtain and verify required compliance information.
• Ensure all candidate records and recruitment activities are compliant with local authority policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide administrative support where required.
• Act as a key point of contact for agencies, hiring managers, and candidates.
