Job summary

TimePlan Education Southampton is seeking a Resource/Compliance Consultant to join our Ocean Village team. The role blends candidate resourcing, relationship management and compliance to attract qualified teachers and support staff and ensure all checks are completed for placement in schools.

You will advertise roles, search and approach candidates, conduct registrations and interviews, verify references, DBS checks and right-to-work documents, and maintain accurate records while supporting

Qualifications

• Organised, confident and proactive with excellent communication and detail orientation.
• Experience in recruitment, compliance, education or customer service is beneficial, training provided.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our long-established and successful Southampton branch in Ocean Village.

Resource/Compliance Consultant

This is a varied role combining candidate resourcing, relationship management and compliance. You will play an essential part in attracting high-quality teachers and support staff while ensuring they are fully cleared and ready to work in schools.

Daily activities will include

Previous recruitment, compliance, education or customer service experience would be beneficial, although full training and ongoing support will be provided.
