Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a caring and motivated manager to oversee a portfolio of social care services in Blackpool. You will work with the Service Manager to maintain an overview of all services and lead a team of Team Leaders and senior staff, contributing to service development within the region.

The role requires extensive experience in social care management, with a strong focus on staff development, quality standards (CQC) and effective communication with families and partners.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in social care management.
• Experience of staff and service management is essential.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of social care services in Blackpool.
• Lead a motivated team of Team Leaders and Senior staff.
• Oversee staff deployment, rotas and attend person-centred reviews.
• Communicate professionally with families, advocates and partner agencies.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
