We are excited to announce that we have a variety of posts within Gairloch Residential home. We are looking for people who are committed to providing a high quality service and ensuring the residents are at the heart of everything we do. We need motivated, enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are able to work under direction as a valued member of our team.
We deliver a high standard of flexible and responsive care to ensure the best quality of life for the people we support. This post is vital to ensuring the wellbeing of the residents to receive all the support to meet their daily needs and a fulfilled life within the home.
Previous experience in social care is desirable but not essential. This post requires you to register with the SSSC. To meet this requirement, a SVQ 2 in Social Care, or other relevant qualification or a willingness to work towards this qualification as a Support Worker in a Care Home Service within 5 years of appointment. A full Induction will be provided alongside any training that you will require to undertake the role. Your development will be supported by a Team of experienced practitioners and managers.
