A leading company in the food industry seeks a Social & Brand Activation Lead in London. This hands-on role involves leading social media strategies, community management, and brand activation, with a strong emphasis on creativity and cultural relevance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a passion for digital content creation.
We’re looking for a creative and culture-savvy Social & Brand Activation Lead to lead social content creation, community management, and brand activation across our UK and Ireland omnichannel platforms. You’ll serve as the voice of the brand on social media—leading ideation, writing thumb-stopping copy, building community, and running campaigns that connect with culture and drive brand love. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our brand marketing calendar, ensuring social and brand activity ladders up to broader marketing and business goals.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role—working with agency partners and internal teams to deliver breakthrough, always-on social and brand activation that stays true to Pizza Hut’s tone of voice and fuels cultural relevance. Work Environment:This role is based at our Restaurant Support Centre in Central London, a minimum of 2 days per week in the RSC is required. As Pizza Hut is a franchise business, you may be required to attend franchisee offices, and other locations from time to time. There will be events throughout the year that will take place in London including (but not limited to) RSC days, Functional team meetings / 121s and supporting with market visits.
