A leading health technology company is seeking a Social Affairs Manager to oversee the execution of their Central Social Plan (CSP) in the UK. The role involves providing expert advice during restructurings, supporting affected employees, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. You will ensure the compliant and legally correct dismissal and execution of our Central Social Plan (CSP) in a timely manner, with a focus on personal guidance of impacted employees through Social Affairs (SA) Coaching. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with the License to Operate within the scope of GEO NL, from a Social Affair Management perspective.
Your role:
Provide general and expert advice and support regarding CSP dismissals to the People Function and organization in NL, focusing on leading and securing the end-to-end Social Affair Management process during restructurings, and supporting affected employees.
Coordinate with People (HR) Partners and Talent Acquisition to execute redeployment protocols aimed at increasing fair redeployment, providing personalized support to mitigate stress and foster positive outcomes.
Manage qualified and trained SA coaches, coordinating the matching process with external coaches through external suppliers.
Standardize the effectiveness and efficiency of Social Affair Management preparations and execution, including maintaining an up-to-date portal, formats, informational materials, and process documentation.
Ensure proper HR administration of CSP dismissals in collaboration with Philips People Services, including reporting on outplacement progress to stakeholders.
Enhance cooperation with internal and external suppliers such as LHH/Randstad, Archipel, Altersum, and Talent Acquisition, developing streamlined processes, procedures, and tools.
Share knowledge and ensure adherence to the formalized and standardized Way of Working (WoW) within the People Partners/HR team, including supplier and account management activities with finance/procurement support.
You're the right fit if:
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant experience in the Netherlands, preferably familiar with CSP, Redeployment protocols, VSO/BOK, etc.
You demonstrate personal leadership in managing the Social Affair Management process end-to-end.
You have a strong affinity for streamlined, standardized processes and a drive for continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiency.
You possess exceptional collaboration skills, working seamlessly with stakeholders, People Partners, and Leaders.
You have a proactive approach to align impacted employees with the capacity of SA coaches.
You are skilled in account management, including conducting regular review meetings with third-party suppliers and providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
Fluency in Dutch is essential.
