24/7 SOC Analyst

Nigel Frank is hiring on behalf of a Microsoft Gold Partner, a security consultancy that is looking to expand their SOC team.

In this role, you will provide security event monitoring and incident response for their customer base.

Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner, so they invest heavily in your growth and development, including multiple Microsoft certifications!

Please note: this is a fully remote position operating on a 24/7 shift pattern.

• Responding to incidents for customers/clients
• Performing triage and escalating/assigning as appropriate
• Investigating event alerts and collaborating with customers
• Working on a 24/7 shift rota, with 8-hour shifts (35 hours a week, 7 days on, 4 days off)

Requirements:

• Experience with the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
• Experience with the Microsoft Intune Admin Centre
• Experience with email phishing

This is a fully remote role offering a salary of £35,000.
