Community Care Live in the UK is seeking a qualified social worker to deliver a high-quality duty social work service for children and families identified as needing care and support or at risk of harm. Descripción del empleo

To deliver a high-quality duty social work service to Children and their families who are identified as having care and support needs and/or who may be at risk of harm or significant harm.

Social Workers will assess, analyse and respond to risk in a timely and proportionate way, using professional judgement, critical reflection and evidence-based practice to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.

MASH Social Workers will contribute to effective information sharing, collaborative decision-making and coordinated interventions to ensure children are protected and supported to achieve positive outcomes.

The role will ensure that children and families are at the centre of practice, promoting resilience and independence wherever possible, while maintaining a clear and uncompromising focus on the child's safety and wellbeing.

All Social Workers are expected to demonstrate a sound knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, statutory guidance, and safeguarding procedures.
