Job summary

Harnham is partnering with a major European consumer organisation on a large-scale modernisation of its data platform, consolidating legacy systems into a standardised Snowflake-based stack across markets.

You’ll migrate legacy workloads, build and refactor Python pipelines, orchestrate with Airflow/MWAA, and deploy using Terraform and Docker while supporting dbt transformations across AWS data environments. This is a hands-on, cross-disciplinary role requiring ownership and rapid adaptation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on data engineering across migration and modernisation projects.
• Experience with Snowflake-based data platforms and AWS cloud.
• Ability to design, build and optimise data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy pipelines to Snowflake and modern stack.
• Refactor pipelines using Python and build orchestration with Airflow/MWAA.
• Implement infrastructure with Terraform and Docker.
• Support transformation and modelling with dbt and AWS data environments.
• Collaborate across legacy and modern systems to solve migration challenges.
