As part of our Core Practice, you will be joining a tight knit team of motivated technology professionals where ongoing learning and development are central to our ethos and internal culture. You will work closely with our wider technical delivery function, our sales team, and our partner management team with a particular focus on growing our relationship with Snowflake.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the establishment of Kubrick’s Snowflake Centre of Excellence, collaborating with Capability Leads to ensure the organisation maintains the expertise and experience needed across all core disciplines to deliver high-quality Snowflake solutions efficiently
  • Take ownership of developing Snowflake-focused intellectual property, including best practices, accelerators, reusable frameworks, and reference architectures
  • Strengthen our Snowflake partnership by leveraging technical credibility to build trusted relationships with architecture and engineering stakeholders at Snowflake
  • Provide technical assurance on delivery projects, ensuring that all solutions adhere to established Snowflake implementation best practices
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities by shaping proposals, supporting client workshops and meetings, publishing thought leadership content, and participating in industry events
  • Act as a technical advisor to clients, helping to define data strategies and solution blueprints that fully utilise Snowflake’s capabilities
  • Investigate opportunities to leverage Snowflake’s app development features (e.g., Snowpark, Native Apps) and integrations (e.g., Streamlit) to create new business offerings and co-developed IP
  • Partner with colleagues across our Core and Applied Practices to design and bring to market repeatable Snowflake-based solutions
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive experience designing and delivering Snowflake solutions, including Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Data Sharing, Native Apps, Snowpark, Data Clean Rooms, and Cortex
  • Proven expertise in optimising Snowflake performance and cost efficiency, with SnowPro Core and Advanced certifications
  • Skilled in software engineering practices with experience in Python, alongside leading data teams in consulting and enterprise environments
  • Strong track record in training and enabling colleagues and clients across the Snowflake ecosystem
  • Experience in design and delivering business solutions on other modern data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Azure, AWS or GCP native stacks)

  • Hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools such as dbt, Fivetran, Matillion or Airflow
  • History of supporting pre-sales activities in a product or consultancy-based business
