Job Description
- Manage and develop the Tesco and Ocado accounts, building strong and collaborative relationships.
- Lead the development and implementation of account strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Analyse market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional plans and initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Tesco and Ocado, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior National Account Manager will have:
- Experience in managing key grocery accounts preferably Ocado + Tesco
- An interest in the category - Health, Organic, Sustainability
- Coach and mentoring of team members
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrable successes on delivering sales growth
- Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions
- A strategic mindset with a focus on short, mid and long-term success
- Can access Surrey 3 days per week - hybrid working
