The role involves setting up and managing SMT equipment, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing line performance. Ideal candidates should have experience with SMT platforms, strong communication skills, and a meticulous approach to technical tasks. Qualifications

• Experienced in using a recognised SMT platform – Micronics/Europlacer or similar.
• Comprehension of IPC standards/previous or current certification.
• Experience and understanding thermal profiles.

Responsibilities

• Set up inventory & materials for SMT placement.
• Manage Mycronic automated production lines.
• Operate ovens such as Asscon, BTU and ERSA hotflow/N2.
• Complete machine calibrations and routine maintenance.
• Use internal software applications.
